Under the FDC form's stated phone rules, a PIN may be any four digits. Repeated calls continue until it is entered. Leaving the PIN blank defaults it to the last four digits of that phone number, while text and email messages do not repeat under the form. These are FDC form rules and should not be assumed for every direct VINELink web workflow.
